In lieu of sending Christmas cards to our clients for 2016 Ruddicks once again decided to make a donation to RSPCA Tasmania.

On Friday the 16th of December Daniel Newton and Emma Norris made their way to the launceston RSPCA shelter to present a cheque to the hard working staff there.

While they were there they got the chance to meet two of the shelters older dogs who were more than happy to get out and have a play. 11 year old Elmo, pictured on the left, seemed to take a special interest in Emma.

Daniel and Emma were glad to hear that the money would be put to good use helping the shelter with various renovations.

The staff at Ruddicks would like to remind everyone to not forget about all of the loving animals at the numerous RSPCA shelters this festive season, as even a small donation can go a long way to making Christmas for these guys a little brighter as they need food, toys and warmth also!
