We now offer an instalment payment option

We are pleased to continue to offer our favourable 28 day payment terms to our clients on all our invoices at a time when most professional practices are only offering 7 or 14 day terms.

We have looked at other ways to help our clients by giving them more time to pay and we have identified QuickFee as a solution.

How does it work?

QuickFee allows you to pay your invoice by monthly instalments via a direct debit to your bank account over a period of your choice: 3, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10 or 12 months.

QuickFee charge an administration fee and interest for the monthly payment solution which is included in your monthly instalments. The shorter the term, the less interest QuickFee will charge so it is a flexible option that makes it easy for you to access our advice and services in a cash flow friendly way.

Which invoices are eligible for QuickFee?

You can use the QuickFee solution for any of our invoices, including those that are approaching the 28 day due date and even those that are overdue.

How do I elect to use QuickFee for my invoice?

If you would like to pay your invoice in monthly instalments, please call our office on 6331 3288 or email mail@ruddicks.com.au and we will provide you with the QuickFee quotes for the payment periods of your choice.

Once you have selected the payment period you wish to sign up for, you just need to complete the accompanying QuickFee Funding Agreement with your preferred bank account details and return it to our office. That’s it!

As soon as the first direct debit is successfully processed, QuickFee will pay us the full amount owing on your Ruddicks invoice.

What other payment options are available?

Our credit card facility continues to be available for payments with Visa, MasterCard and American Express.

Payments by credit card may be made in person, over the phone, or by returning the completed credit card payment slip attached to the bottom of your invoice. Please note that a cost recovery surcharge of 1.5% applies to payments by Visa or MasterCard and 3% for American Express.

To assist you in paying your account with minimum transaction fees we also continue to provide the following options for payment:

  • Electronic Funds Transfer as per the details on invoice
  • Cash & EFTPOS payments at our office
  • Cheque payments as per the details on invoice
