Finnley commenced at Ruddicks in November 2019 as an administration trainee and has now completed her Certificate III (2021) and Certificate IV (2023) in Business.

Finnley comes from a background in theatre, both off and onstage, and has partaken in many productions in the community. Finnley also is currently a core member of the team at IO Performance, a local theatre organisation. She enjoys working within the fun dynamic of the administration team and has enjoyed taking on the variety of projects given to her by the Partners.

Outside of Ruddicks Finnley likes to get involved with theatre in the community and spend time with family, friends and her two cats.
