Tessa joined Ruddicks at the beginning of 2023. She graduated from the University of Tasmania with a Bachelor of Business majoring in Accounting and commenced the CPA program in 2022 after she graduated.

Outside of work, Tessa enjoys gardening, travelling, spending time with friends, and exploring good restaurants in Tasmania.
