Farewell Janine Healey

Last Friday afternoon saw Ruddicks Chartered Accountants celebrate Janine Healey’s retirement from the firm (her final day on 22nd December 2022) and thank her for her almost two decades of service.

After several years with other international accounting firms in Launceston and Melbourne, Janine joined Ruddicks in 2003. Since that time she has contributed enormously to the growth of the firm and the development of its people. Janine is highly respected by clients and staff alike.

Janine has spent most of 2022 transitioning her clients to other managers and senior staff at the firm. The way she has approached this transition is consistent with the professionalism she has given to Ruddicks and her clients all along.

Ruddicks is well positioned and resourced for the changes Janine’s retirement brings and our younger staff have embraced the opportunities this brings with excitement.

Janine is certainly not retiring from the business world and will continue to act in various company director and board roles for public and private organisations and not-for-profits, many of which will see a continued relationship between Ruddicks and Janine.

The partners and staff at Ruddicks again sincerely thank Janine and wish her and Anthony all the very best for the future, which includes some exciting travel plans in early 2023.
